Hello to everyone reading this.
My name is Andre C. and I'm currently a sophomore at Townsend Harris High School. I'm making this GoFundMe because for over a year my dream has been building a PC by the end of 2020, but with each passing day my dream is becoming less of a reality, and in order to complete it I need some financial support.
To simplify my story: my mother is a single parent who can barely afford to pay our bills without help from family. I am a first-generation American and a low-income student who currently can't work due to my age, and I would like to reach out for help in paying for things I never thought I would have to ask others for assistance. Not only will I be juggling academic responsibilities this fall semester in a totally new learning environment, but I also have to take care of our apartment and make meals for myself and sometimes my mother.
Your support will enable me to build my dream PC which could also aid me in my academic responsibilities, including but not limited to: Computer Science, Japanese, AP World History, Geometry, Chemistry, just to name a few, and to take the steps necessary as I transition into a working professional.
Your generosity will allow me to continue pursuing my dream of completing my project of building the PC that I've been planning to do for so long. I am grateful for your consideration. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
