Hi, my name is Dan Keller, as a seasoned mortgage professional, and top 1% mortgage professional in America, I get the opportunity to mentor upcoming mortgage professionals. This last week, I was introduced to William Smith. He's had a goal of becoming a mortgage professional for a few years, but has struggled to launch due to training and the costs of starting... His goal is help fellow Veterans of the US Armed Forces achieve the American Dream of home ownership using the benefits they earned from the US gov't for serving in the Armed Forces. Unfortunately, William was severely injured during his 12-yr career in the US Army, while serving in combat, and the day-to-day duties of working in the HVAC industry is taking it's toll on him.

I've committed to mentoring and training William to teach him the best practices that I've learned as a mortgage professional but there are costs to building a small business, and there is no base salary. He'll transition to 100% commission.
