My name is Ashana. I have been a healer since 2013. I LOVE helping people wherever they are in their healing journey.
With my training as a Licensed Massage Therapist, I help people who are suffering physical discomforts. I help women who have reproductive issues using herbs and steam methods. I also help people restore their credit and people that are in the grips of foreclosure. In addition, I volunteer professional doula services as well as support and provide energy healing for women who are fleeing domestic abuse. I KNOW I can do more!
I love to travel to learn indigenous healing methods, techniques and tools to help the people that come through my healing center. In 2018, I had an encounter with the most potent plant medicine I had ever experienced and it CHANGED MY WORLD. I was in a group that had an alcoholic, a substance abuser and three victims of sexual trauma, ALL of whom were totally healed after just one healing ceremony. So much so, that one of my fellow attendees’ phone facial recognition no longer recognized him! All of whom are still clean and living life better than ever.
I was compelled to work with this medicine after seeing how much it helped myself and the others. After sharing this thought with the healers at the center, I was invited to journey to Africa with them as an initiate to begin the training process, but I was unable to go as I had already spent all the time and money that I had to have that healing experience.
Over past few years, the desire has only gotten stronger. I literally dream of this work! I reached out to the shaman healer of the village and he agreed to train me! THIS JULY2021!!!! The training will require me to live in the village for several months (until September) learning the sacred medicine and how to safely work with various issues. The initiation, rites of passage and preparatory-healing ceremonies are super intense and will likely be the most challenging thing I have done to date, but I’m ready!
Through the years I have spent thousands of dollars learning to practice, offer and teach Reiki, Access Consciousness BARS, energetic facelifts and advanced body processes. I have never asked for help in covering the costs involved, however, this time I really need some support. This training will take my capacity to help others to another level and allow me to help people in a much deeper and more tangible way. People will be able to heal deeply, recover from trauma and in turn begin to contribute to a more whole, healed world that we all live in.
The funds raised from this campaign will help cover the fees for the training, lodging and food for the months that I'm at the village, airfare to and from Gabon, and the implements required to introduce this healing to those in need.
Short term, I will work with intimate groups and work with the healing that this sacred plant has to offer. Long term, I'd love to expand this offering to anyone that can't afford to pay for it, but really needs this level of healing.
In addition to this campaign, I plan to have a silent online auction (handmade functional works of art co-created with divine inspiration by my hand, as well as whatever art local artist friends donate), I'm selling off some of my belongings and I have already picked up extra shifts at the health spa.
