Help a Hardworking Truck Driver and Father of 4
Donation protected

On Wednesday, Nov 6th, Jeremy "JR" Rempel, a long-distance owner/operator truck driver, had a misstep and fell off his trailer while trucking in the USA. Being an over-achiever, he managed to break the scaphoid bone in both wrists. This bone heals notoriously slowly.
Jeremy will be getting surgery on Monday, Nov 18, to repair the misaligned bones in both wrists. The recovery time post-surgery is 18 weeks, bringing the total time post-injury to 20 weeks.
Jeremy and his wife, Alicia, have 4 kids, and they have the usual expenses most families have. Jeremy is not able to claim workers comp or EI.
The Rempels are deeply grateful for the expressions of care and kindness they have already received, especially that of the 3 men who made a 3300 km round trip to bring Jeremy and his rig home.
His friends know he's the kind of guy who'd give you the shirt off his back. Now it's our turn to be generous. If you are able to help out with a donation, it would be a great blessing to Jeremy and his family. They also appreciate your prayers.
