Hello, my name is Ana, and I’m a mother of three amazing kids. Asking for help is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do, but right now I’m at a point where I truly need support.

I have been a DACA recipient since the program first began. Because of it, I’ve been able to work, build a life, and provide for my family. I’ve always worked hard and done everything I could to stand on my own two feet.

About a year and a half ago, my life changed when I became a single mother of three. While their dad helps when he can, the reality is that most of the responsibility falls on me. Since then, I’ve been doing everything possible to keep our home and our lives stable.

Lately, though, things have become overwhelming.

I’ve been struggling to keep up with my mortgage and have had to pay it late several months in a row. On top of that, our family car broke down, and I haven’t been able to afford the repairs. My dad was kind enough to let me borrow his old truck, which I’m incredibly grateful for, but it’s very small for my growing boys and it’s also on its last leg.

I’ve tried my best to juggle everything on my own—working, raising my kids, and keeping our household together—but the stress has been incredibly heavy.

It’s not easy for me to ask for help, but I’ve realized that sometimes we all need a little support to get through tough seasons.

Any donation, no matter how small, would help me:
• Catch up on my mortgage
• Repair or replace our family vehicle
• Keep stability for my kids during this difficult time

More than anything, I want to continue providing a safe and stable home for my children.
