Hello, everyone!

My name is Chuck, and I want to share a bit of my journey with you. About a year ago, I faced a major life change when I had my leg amputated. Shortly after, I also suffered a massive pulmonary embolism caused by a blood clot from my amputation. These challenges have made it impossible for me to return to my job as a crane operator, a career I've dedicated myself to since 2005.

Currently, I'm in a difficult spot. I have three boys to support, and I have essential bills to pay, including rent, insurance, electricity, water, and food. Unfortunately, I can't work due to my condition, and I'm waiting for disability benefits to be approved, which might take some time.

I'm reaching out today because I truly need a helping hand. I want you to know that any support you provide will go directly to covering these necessities and will make a world of difference for my family and me.

I genuinely appreciate any help you can offer. My goal is to get back on my feet and provide a stable future for my kids. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness and support.
