Have you ever felt that things finally were into place but then one accident ruined everything???
This is what happened to Rhianne and Mourad on June 30, 2019. One nice Sunday while other people were chilling in their pools, enjoying time with their families, this hard working couple Rhianne and Mourad went to work on a house project in a nice neighborhood. While Rhianne was sitting in the truck with her 6 month old baby, their truck which was parked in the client's driveway started a fire for no reason.
Now Rhianne and Mourad lost their truck that they just paid off, they also lost $980 cash (they collected the money from his previous client) which was in the truck. In addition, they lost all the expensive tools ($5,000) that were at the back of the truck. The saddest thing is they only had liability insurance. They lost everything!!!!
As I mentioned earlier, Rhianne recently just had a baby 6 months ago. When Rhianne gave birth to her baby, the anesthesiologist made a serious medical error with the epidural and her baby ended up having respiratory issues which he had to stay in the ICU for 3 days. Due to the error, Rhianne had weakness to her legs and she had to use a walker for 3 months and now she is having PTSD, anxiety and depression.
A little background about how I met Rhianne and Mourad: I met Rhianne and Mourad on Nextdoor. I was looking for a good honest contractor to fix our house that had rain leak problems for 7 years +. I tried 3 different contractors. They all claimed that they had fixed the problem but the leak persisted. None of the contractors were willing to return to our house like they promised that they would guarantee their work. Then I got a PM from Rhianne offering help. She told me that her husband used to build houses back in his country. Since he couldn't speak English, Rhianne had to translate everything for him.
To make a long story short, Mourad fixed our house by crawling through small spaces in our attic and found the hole that the rain could come in and sealed it. After that he came to my house several times to redo our garage ceiling, hang curtains, removed dish from my roof and painted our house. Mourad always does more than I ask. One night they came to do work for me and they couldn't find a babysitter for their two young kids (Rhianne was pregnant at that time). Rhianne and the kids had to sit in their truck in the cold while Mourad working in our house. When I invited Rhianne to come to my house, she refused. So I invited the kids to come to our house instead. The kids were well mannered and courteous. This is the kind of family that I am talking about, honest, responsible, hard working and respectful.
