Hello, my son passed away in a non profit treatment center from an accidental fent od (one wrong pill) and wasn’t found in his room for 4 days. I’ve been working this entire federal tort and now a civil complaint to obtain all of his records they will not disclose. (EPSTEIN FILEISH) have so far been on the news, prevailed half way last Friday at the second oral argument half my favor. I NEED to hire a probate atty to become his personal representative. Im going through a divorce, waiting for SSDI hearing in March and trying to keep my mental health and attitude as high as can be. I have zero income since my disability of grief and 2 spinal surgeries. This hurts me to ask again when I have in a hard time before when he passed. So much love and it will come back 10 fold when I conquer these mofos! There IS a reason the files have been hidden. They try to stop me and I will not give up. I think they know it and so does the judge.
