Help a Grieving Mother Give Her Child a Proper Goodbye

Hello, my name is Julie , and I’m reaching out in the most heartbreaking time of life for my friend Savanna. She recently lost her beautiful child to suicide, and the pain is unimaginable. This isnt right. As a single, sober mother of 4, she's doing everything she can to stay strong and care for her other children and family, but the weight of this tragedy is overwhelming—emotionally, physically, and financially.

The funeral has been paid for by the band thankfully however I’m humbly asking for help to cover the costs of the family having to be in Thunder Bay and extra week due to delays with the body, and provide her family with the means to travel to say their final goodbyes and eat while away from their home in Edmonton.

She wants want to give her child Braydon the love and dignity he deserves in this final farewell, but the expenses are more than she can handle on my own. She has maintained her sobreity during this horrible time as well.

Anything you can give will help us not only cover the funeral expenses but also keep us fed and supported during this incredibly difficult time. Your generosity will allow her to focus on healing and being there for her other children, who need her more than ever right now to he a strong sober proud indeginous woman.
