Help a grieving family move forward after losing a loved one

I recently lost my husband, and now my son and I are having to move. Our landlord is selling the house we currently live in. Due to losing my husband, I do not have the financial means to move. Although we are working, the unexpected loss of my husband's income and having to make funeral arrangements has depleted what savings we had.
