Our family rarely asks for help, but my daughter has a need. She is only 54 years old but has so many health issues, starting with fibromyalgia, spinal stenosis, and the list goes on. From bones breaking due to severe osteoporosis to recently having extensive foot and ankle surgery where the doctor had to replace her ankle with cadaver bone. Just as she was healing—two days after Christmas—her 56-year-old husband had a massive stroke and did not survive. In a matter of minutes, right there in their home, he was gone. Unfortunately, the day he died, the insurance company canceled her insurance. He was the sole provider. At this time, she has no insurance, no needed health care for medication and therapy, and no income! Life insurance barely paid for end-of-life needs.

She is in an urgent, desperate situation. The added medical bills are already mounting up. She is too young for Medicare and cannot get disability help. At this time, she is physically unable to find employment, although she is diligently searching and even sending out resumes to perhaps work from home. Any help would be greatly appreciated. We are trusting God to open doors that need to be opened and close those that need to be closed. Pray for us as a family during this grieving process.
