Help a girl move out of her transphobic home

My name is Anna, and I'm trying to escape an abusive and transphobic environment with my girlfriend. We have been trying to save up money for months but have come up short, and we're in a very tough spot with money. To the point where we aren't even sure we'll be able to make the move itself, let alone stay there.
