I am asking for help for my baby Blu's bilateral ACL surgery.

I adopted my BluBee when I was 19 years old, and she's been my best friend since. Blu has been my rock for the past 8 years. This dog means EVERYTHING to me.

She had 2 good summers out here, and now she can no longer hike with me or go on long walks due to both ACLs being torn.

Before surgery, I have to get an echo test done on her heart, which alone is $800. The surgery's high-end estimated cost is $9,500, and the low-end estimated cost is $8,200 (depending on if I do one leg at a time or bilateral).
