As many of you know, Sandie has undergone a lot of recent life-changing stressors not many people her age should have to face.

Aside from the many, a big one for her financially is that as of March 30th at about 8 pm, her car burst into flames. Her entire engine compartment is melted along with everything valuable she had inside (the trunk, glove compartment, cup holders, center console, etc.). Everyone is safe!

The car belonged to my grandfather before he passed. She was left with it, and it's treated her fine until last night.

For many that don't know, Sandie has had to face many challenges both mentally and physically. She is 76 with a birthday coming up in April. Due to her age and physical abilities, she's unable to work ordinary jobs. She's the sweetest mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend to many.

She's undeserving of what has happened to her and is at an all-time stopping point right now due to having to pay over $1,500 in bills a month already. The purchase of a vehicle is out of the picture for her right now without some help from her amazing family and wonderful friends!

Life is very tough for everyone. We are not asking that you go out of your way; however, don't ever hesitate if you are financially flexible. Every little bit counts and is so appreciated. No matter what it is, everything we try is one step closer to her getting a car.

She grocery shops for the entire family, goes to the laundromat 4 times a week for clothes, pays bills at the bank, checks her balance every day at the ATM, and she's responsible for arriving at her own medical appointments and being the ride for her son and daughter. She has helped so many around town, both family and friends. The least we can do is help her!

She's never been one to ask for help. If you know her, she has carried so much for years. Let's not let her take this on alone!
