Help a Foenem get his License

I lost my license around a year ago, having drank a bit overnight and deciding to go home, being controlled by the police in France with having precisely 0.5% in my blood and the limit being… 0.5%. The cops and the court simply removed my license and forced me to start everything over again. Getting your license the first time is cheap and easy. 

The second time.. Not so easy. 

Sadly, no job, no car, no car, no money and i’ve been running extremely low on my savings…
