For quite some time, my friend Rob has been struggling with crippling PTSD, acquired through the course of a career helping others in their darkest moments, as a firefighter and paramedic. As well, he is active in his church, Boy Scouts, and is a committed family man. This condition has left him broken in every sense of the word, and unable to work and provide for his family. Right now, he is receiving desperately needed treatment, in order to return to his family a healthy and engaged husband and father. However, in order to receive this treatment, he is away from his family and unable to provide for them this holiday season.
