Hi everyone, I’m reaching out with a humble heart to ask for support as I prepare for a life-saving kidney pancreas transplant. I’ve been living with type 1 diabetes and systemic kidney failure for the past few years, and this transplant would not only transform my health, it would also give me a second chance at life.
