Help a Father of Three Battle Stage 4 Cancer
Donation protected
Hey all, my name is Chris. I'm a 41 year old husband and father of 3 amazing kids. In March of 2025 I was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. My first surgery they removed about 2 feet of my transverse colon, luckily they were able to resection and I didn't need an ostomy bag. I've lost approximately 60lbs, from 205 lbs to 141 lbs my last weigh in. I can't currently work due to weekly doctor visits and issues with my bowls where sometimes I'm using the restroom hourly. I do chemo every other week, this last one was on 6/16/25 and due to my bathroom habits, I also have to get 1500 mL IV fluids every week due to dehydration. I have to be pretty careful of what and when I eat or I'll be up all night in discomfort and pain.
If anyone has any questions, please feel to ask and I'll answer to the best of my ability. Thank you for at least reading and considering helping me and my family out with the bills stacking up. God bless you all.
