Where to even begin... Our family is sad and hurting very much right now. What was supposed to be a fresh new year to leave all the bad stuff behind in 2021 has unfortunately not started out so well. Our beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend Carla Martinez passed away unexpectedly early the morning of 01/01/22 in her sleep. Saying she will be missed is an absolute understatement. There are absolutely no words to describe the pain we are feeling right now. While we know she is with loved ones in heaven and pain free we are struggling with the fact she's gone and no longer on this earth with us. She was and always will be a HUGE part of our lives and we will miss her very much. It was a tough year for all with a lot of loss and sickness and just shitty luck. Unfortunately, the sadness doesn't stop there for our family. We also had our beloved sister LaDawn in ICU on life support since 12/21/21. She joined her mother and loved ones in heaven today 01/02/22. Our family is broken, our family is devastated. We have lost not one but two amazing women and big pieces of our heart and life. We know the holidays just passed and everyone has their own things going on, but we are hoping to give great grandma Lavaughn a little extra help with the financial burden of having to lay her daughter and granddaughter Carla and LaDawn to rest. No one should have to endure the pain of losing a loved one, let alone losing two just a days apart. Even if you are not able to help financially please, please say an extra prayer for our family. We will definitely take them. Thank you for all the love and support given to our family during this beyond difficult time.
