Help a Family Stranded in South Carolina

My family and I were traveling from Virginia going to Arizona, when our car started whining. We made it as far as South Carolina before the whining got louder and then the car wouldn't accelerate past 15MPH. We've been stranded for almost a week with no vehicle, and need to get to Arizona.

We found out while stranded that my mom needs a caregiver, so we have some added urgency, we have everything else lined up, like work, a place to stay, etc.
