Help a Family Stay United in Crisis

My best friend needs our help to stay by her son's side while he heals from his injuries. She resides in Nevada and has been commuting back and forth to Kansas City since this terrible tragedy. The commute prices by plane and car are extremely high as we all know and she has maxed out her bank account to be here and ensure her son is receiving the best care. Her son was involved in a terrible accident and is in critical condition but making progress. We are trying to raise funds so we can assist her with maintaining her home and bills in Nevada as well as any expenses needed to stay by his side at this tragic time here in Kansas City. She is not able to go back to work until he is stable enough to go home but we are trying to help ensure she still has a home to go to once he is healed. This has been life changing for both my friend and her son and it's a lot for any parent to go through. So we are asking if anyone has it in their heart to donate to help take some of the stress off this family, please do. Any amount is appreciated and nothing is too small. Funds will help with traveling expenses, help cover wages due to not being able to work everyday, moving his things to Neveda and helping with some of the medical bills that insurance will not cover. Again anything will help.
