Help a Family Seeking Asylum in Philly Stay In Their Home!

Hi! We are raising funds for a family in our community seeking political asylum here in Philadelphia. Recently, they just welcomed a new baby and are nervous about affording immediate housing. They are experiencing a hard time financially and have been unable to pay rent for March, and anticipate not being able to afford rent for April and May. We know resources are very tight for everyone right now, especially with the recent and historied attacks on immigration, so any contribution helps and is so, so greatly appreciated!

Kalmyks are an Indigenous Oirat-Mongol people surviving colonial violence. We are an endangered people, with many living in diaspora in the hope of survival. Help us keep our community together by contributing and/or sharing for this newcomer family :)
