Hi everyone,

I have brought you all here today because as most of you know, my family & I, are being harassed/stalked by our neighbor since the first day we moved in.

We have pond in our back yard that is a community pond that he likes to pretend is his. He cusses me an my children out every time we are fishing. (We have permission to fish by the owner). He has walked into my privacy fence TWICE, to confront us in our own back yard. I have called the cops on him over 5 times in the span of one year. He took zoomed in pictures of my dogs and even got us in trouble with the dog warden a few months ago. I have caught him recording and taking pictures of my children outside multiple times. He has a camera he put up that looks OVER my privacy fence so you can see my kids swimming.

Last Monday, September 8, 2025, he came outside while my children were fishing and started shooting a cross bow next to them and told them to get inside or his bow could hit them. He proceeded to tell me that he has put my kids on YouTube, and this will be our last time fishing and he will "handle it." All while having a cross bow in his hands. He also told my son he "F-ing sucks at soccer" and my other son he is a "cry baby b****" He is not right in his head, an I fear for their safety.

Our neighbors have told us he is asking around for a drone to fly over our house and the pond. The harassment hasn't stopped. I filed an emergency protection order & it was granted. I had court this morning & he asked for a continuance so he can get a lawyer. So now I have to get a lawyer.

This is my first home, and we have 6 children. I never ask anyone for help, but my children's safety is at risk from this unhinged man. The other neighbors are all scared to testify against him. If this order isn't granted, it will continue and I am not sure what will come of all of this.
