On August 4, husband and father José Tobias Dimas Calderon was detained by ICE while on the phone with his wife on his way home from work. Since that moment, his family has not been able to locate him. ICE has continued to deny they have him, but his family was able to track his iPhone to Delaney Hall, an ICE detention facility operated by GeoGroup.

Since his abduction, attorneys, organisers, and his family have repeatedly reached out to ICE and GeoGroup, but they continue to say he is not in their system. His family and organizers have contacted hospitals, searched the area in which he was abducted, and filed police reports for a missing person, but there have been no answers. He remains missing, leaving his wife and child facing tremendous uncertainty and fear.
