I never thought I'd have to come here to ask for help, but this year hasn't been the kindest to us. My husband was in a car accident in April that ended up totaling his car and caused him to miss work due to the injuries he endured and the doctors/physical therapy appointments.

Fast forward to the end of July, I fell down my driveway and broke my wrist pretty bad. I will be getting surgery to place a plate in my wrist. Which means I'm looking to be out of work for a minimum of 6-8 weeks. That’s not including the physical therapy I will have to complete to regain full motion and movement of my wrist. We have 3 kids—one being 6 months old. Changing diapers, picking the baby up, and honestly many more daily things that I unfortunately can't do on my own just keep adding up. So, my husband now has to miss work until I'm cleared to use my arm in ways that make daily life with kids a little easier. Unfortunately, my husband's time away from work as a caregiver is not paid. We've been trying to make ends meet, but with what's to come, I just don't see how we can continue without some help.
