Help The Jerviss Family After Extreme Loss

Donation protected

Eric and Meghann Jerviss and their children need our support.

The Jerviss Family is a loving family with a sincere heart. In the past year, the Jerviss Family's home and health have both been in jeopardy. The family's home was left in a total loss, a majority of their items were destroyed, and their health was left struggling.

After the family had been experiencing extreme health issues for months, they decided to test their house for mold. On December 24, 2024 (with tears flowing), the Jerviss family packed up what they could (some clothes and a few other items), thinking they would be back in a couple of weeks, and headed to a rental place until the mold test results came back. At that point, after numerous trips to the clinic, hospitals, and dentists, they knew that something had to be affecting their health. After several inspections, costing them thousands, they all came back with the same answer. The Jerviss’s home was filled with 35 of 36 molds deemed most threatening to human health. Through their inspections and medical appointments', they learned that it is not just the actively growing mold that was causing their symptoms, but also the dried, hidden mold that is just as harmful. It has been producing mycotoxins that are considered a type of biotoxin and were responsible for some of the severe neurological symptoms, including memory loss. If left in the toxins it can lead to paralysis, immune system dysfunction, chronic inflammation and even death. These toxins are incredibly hard to remove once present. Their house is a total loss because to inoculate the mold, they would have to gut their whole house or tear it down to the foundation, then rebuild, and then hope that no spores would return (which is unlikely). The family has been advised to start completely over, building a new foundation and house, completely from scratch. The Jerviss family soon found out that their insurance wouldn’t cover any part of the loss or building process of their rebuild. This was a horrifying realization as they continue to pay a mortgage for a house they cannot live in, and they do not have the finances to be somewhere else.

This family needs to build a new home. This is obviously an extremely difficult situation as the family tries to heal and figure out what to live in. In the last year, the Jerviss family has been through so much stress and emotional roller coasters, along with their health issues. In the last year, the house caused Meghann abnormalities in her red blood cells, oxygen levels to be extremely low, causing her lower lung to collapse, bursitis in the joints, and much more. The younger children’s neuro system was also deeply affected to a dangerous level. Although the sadness and worry are great, they are extremely thankful that there was no loss of life.
We are asking you to donate and pray to Jesus for this family. As a family of eight, it would mean so much to them. Eric and Meghann are so grateful for any help and how blessed they feel to receive such love. Please show your support by sharing this link, saying a prayer to Jesus, giving financially if you are able, or giving an extra hug filled with love and compassion.

Paying for rentals (right now in friend's basement but not a
long-term fix)
Demolishing the house
Rebuilding the new house
Replacing household items (beds, couch, appliances (because the spores get sucked up into the motor, cannot get out) etc. . .
Thank you so much!
