Help Maggie and Scott rebuild after a tragedy

On the morning of August 2nd, Maggie and Scott woke up to a fire raging in their neighbor's detached garage. Within minutes, the fire had spread to their back patio, up their apartment complex wall, and into the roof just above their 7 month old baby's bedroom. The fire destroyed their patio and shattered their sliding door, filling their unit with smoke. Fortunately, they were able to evacuate with their baby and three pets. The fire department investigator told Maggie that in another minute or two, the whole complex would have burned down, beginning in their baby's bedroom. Thankfully, no one was hurt in this near unimaginable tragedy, but Maggie, Scott, and Jake lost everything to extensive smoke damage. They were able to salvage a few mementos, but all of their belongings are covered in ash and carcinogens, and must be replaced. They are now faced with having to start over. The good news is that they have renter's insurance, but unfortunately, their policy will not cover everything they need to rebuild.
