Dear my beloved friends,
I am Joe Jayyab, 17 years old, from Gaza, and I am known as the youngest traveler in Palestine. I have a beautiful family of 8 filled with love, hope, and ambition. However, all of this has faded beneath the rubble of our city and home. We have endured over 160 days of war, trying to survive with only our spirits. We have been displaced from place to place in search of safety. Thanks to your warm support, we managed to evacuate to Egypt, and we need your continued support to rebuild a stable life for us after our previous life was destroyed in Gaza. Please do not leave us alone. This is the story and dream of each member of my family.
Joe's Story:
Since I was young, I've had a dream of being a content creator about Palestine, speaking about the beauty and history of Palestine. I began realizing my dream when I got my first phone, immediately starting to talk about the beauty of my beloved city, Gaza, and its love, history, and authenticity. It's a city under siege for 17 years, yet its people continue to seek life despite the hardships and challenges.
Through my volunteering with international organizations, I became the youngest representative and member of the first youth committee funded by United Nations agencies, the European Union, and the Danish government, I managed to travel from my besieged city, Gaza, to other parts of Palestine, visiting many cities like Jerusalem, Jaffa, Nablus, Ramallah, Hebron, and many others. Through my phone's camera, I conveyed important messages to the world: Palestine is a land of love and peace, with a rich history, and its people deserve life like any other people in the world.
But sadly, in this war, all my dreams and aspirations have been shattered. I no longer have a home or a city suitable for living. Our house in Gaza was destroyed, and all the beautiful memories burned. We now live in an uncertain future. This year was supposed to be when I finished high school and enrolled in university, but the war destroyed my school and university. So, I need your help to rebuild our lives from scratch and provide a stable life for my family.

My Father, Rabih's, Story:
My father is a retired electrical engineer, a diligent reader, and a creative person who always tries to make a difference. He is my role model in life and my supporter in every step. He has spent his life paying for our house, which was destroyed in this war.
My Mother, Abeer's, Story:
My mother is an ideal Palestinian woman who spared no effort in raising us, patient and resilient, enduring many difficult circumstances to provide a decent life for us. My mother was very attached to our house, every space and corner in the house she cared about its details. My mother loves Gaza very much— its atmosphere, places, and markets. She had never traveled outside Gaza before, spending her entire life there. Every time she sees something in Egypt resembling Gaza, she starts crying over the beautiful memories.

Ibrahim's Story:
My older brother, Ibrahim, 29 years old, is a doctor. He came two days before the war after 11 years abroad, intending to start a family, get married, and build his professional future. But the war destroyed his future and ambitions. Ibrahim volunteered at Al-Najjar Hospital in Rafah to treat the wounded during the war.

Israa's Story:
My sister Israa is a doctor working in Gaza hospitals and has a young child. She had a beautiful house that was destroyed in the war, and her doctor husband is still treating the wounded in northern Gaza.

Dalia's Story:
My sister Dalia lost her job as an accountant because of the war. She was striving to complete her master's degree before the war. Dalia is now seeking to start over to find a job and complete her master's degree.

Sondos's Story:
My younger sister, Sondos, is studying computer engineering at university, seeking to continue her education despite her university being completely destroyed. With your support, Sondos can join university and continue her education.

This is the story of my beautiful family. We strive with all we can to rebuild our lives after everything we had turned to ashes. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping us to leave Gaza, but we still need your help to provide a stable life for us, complete our university education, and achieve our dreams. Your donation means being the reason for restoring life to a Palestinian family exhausted by wars. We have the right to live safely and achieve our dreams like other families in the world. Please do not leave us alone; we still need your help. ❤️
