REBUILD family of 8 in Gaza survive! EMERGENCY medical fund!

Real Edinburgh (A small community group based in Edinburgh) is raising funds on behalf of a young man. His name is Oday Halawa. He is in his early 20s.

He finished studying his bachelor degree. However the situation in Gaza has flipped his life upside down.

He is now responsible for keeping himself and his family of 8 alive. 3 of which are children. The youngest is only 24 months old baby!

He has a father with untreated type 1 diabetes. Due to the aggression he’s not been able to afford treatment. So the money raised will improve his health drastically…

Oday and his family are currently affected by a serious case of UTI and kidney stones due to the contamination in the water they’ve been getting. Urgent medical treatment is required.

The family have been displaced on many occasions.

In his words “We are a family of 8 members. Our house was destroyed as a result of the war, and we were displaced to southern Gaza in search of safety. Our lives are very difficult. Pray for us.”

The money that is raised will be used towards food and essential items to keep the family alive. He is struggling to get his family the basic needs they need.

Oday has an elderly father with type 1 diabetes. So the money will go directly towards his treatment. As well as getting milk and nappies for the children.

The money will be transferred safely through safe methods.

Real Edinburgh has verified the individual through various identification checks.
