Hi, my name is Kaydence, and I’m reaching out during the most difficult time we’ve ever faced.

Our family has just been evicted and we have less than a week to find somewhere safe to go. There are 3 adults (my mom, dad, and me), 3 children, and 5 bonded cats who are part of our family. We’ve been doing our best to stay afloat in these hard times, but we’ve hit a wall and we truly need help.

My mother and I are working, but it’s not enough to cover moving expenses, especially after the eviction. My father is disabled and was recently laid off, which has made things even harder. We’re actively looking for housing, but finding a place that accepts both pets and prior evictions has been a huge challenge.

Here’s what we urgently need help with:

• First month’s rent + deposit and application fees

• Temporary housing (hotel or short-term rental) while we search

• School supplies and clothes for the kids (school starts in a week)

• Keeping our 5 cats together - they’re bonded and it would devastate us to separate them

• Gas, food, and basic living essentials

We’re not looking for handouts - just a chance to get through this crisis and back on our feet. As soon as we’re stable again, we fully intend to pay it forward.
