Help a family in need while battling cancer

Hello,

My Name is Henry.

I am 61 years old, married with two great young boys ages 9 & 11, three beautiful daughters and grandkids.

Six years ago I was diagnosed with cancer of the throat, neck, tonsils and linings of the mouth.

I endured weekly Chemotherapy and Radiation and ended up with Radio Necrosis, which meant that the radiation was causing the tissue on the pallet to die off. It was excruciating and lasted for some time. I was unable to eat by mouth and was put on a feeding tube just to survive.

Having an exposed and cracked Jow bone then meant that I needed to go through forty - 2 hour Hyperbaric treatments to help regrow the blood vessels and to restore life to the tissue in my mouth.

Of course, this led to neck surgery a year later to remove 11 lymph nodes.

This was a very painful and long process to recover from causing me to lose almost two years worth of work and income as a self-employed individual with nothing to fall back on financially.

Today, once again I am going through Chemo and Radiation therapy for a brain tumor.

This tumor has destroyed the nerves leading to my right ear and a total loss of hearing and balance from that side and I have about 40% of my hearing remaining in my left ear.

It is located in my skull and is pressing on the Brain Stem causing severe neurological issues. Making it hard to walk, concentrate and deal with the most simple issues of life

The pain from constant headaches is hard to bear and sometimes last for several days. And, again mouth sores have me back on a feeding tube because I cannot eat by mouth.

This has required seven and one-half weeks of both Chemo and Radiation treatments at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. A four and one half hour drive from home in Kaukauna, WI.

My wife and I are both on Medical Disability and I will not be physically able to work to support my family for some time.

It has been over six months now since I have been able to work to support my family and we are in strong need of financial support with nothing to fall back on and like many others, living from paycheck to paycheck.
