My family is in a very difficult situation and we are asking for help with two things that directly affect our safety and stability. We need to repair our home and we need to relocate to a better and safer state as soon as we can.

I am a single mom caring full time for my two disabled children and my elderly mother who recently broke both hips, leaving her unable to work and in need of constant care. Due to my mom's job loss, and my missing many hours of work to take care of her, we used our savings and suffered financially. I work every way I can around caregiving, including plasma donation on top of everything else. I am not someone who sits around doing nothing. I do everything humanly possible to keep us afloat.

Our mobile home urgently needs repairs. We already spent everything we had fixing a major roof leak, and now we need materials to replace the ruined ceiling panels, insulation, and damaged flooring. Right now some spots of the floor are soft and dangerous, and areas of the ceiling are exposed. We are doing everything we can to make this a livable home, but financially we cannot keep up with emergencies anymore.

At the same time, we are trying to move to a more supportive state. Florida has become nearly impossible for my family. We are doing everything we can on our own. I work when I can and I donate plasma regularly to help cover bills. We sell things when we can. We budget every penny. But medical needs, car emergencies, and home damage have pushed us far past our limit. We have nothing left to fall back on. We have tried so hard to survive here, but it is not sustainable. We need a fresh start in a place where disability services, healthcare access, and mental health support are stronger.

Our biggest setback this year came from pouring nearly every dollar we had into repairs on our old car. It turned into a money pit that kept breaking no matter how much we fixed. After spending thousands we finally had no choice but to replace it. When the car broke, I could not get to work and I could not get to my plasma appointments. Missing that income is the only reason we are struggling at this level right now. This financial crisis is temporary, but it is hitting us hard.

Every donation helps us get closer to safety, stability, and a home where my children and my mother can finally feel secure. Funds from this GoFundMe will go toward:
