Hi, my name is Rachel and I’m organizing this fundraiser on behalf of my mom (Sue Bohanon) and stepdad (Jerry Bohanon) as they face an incredibly difficult chapter in their lives.

My stepdad was recently diagnosed with late stage lung cancer, a heartbreaking and life-changing moment for our family. At the same time, both he and my mom have dealt with recent changes in employment, making it nearly impossible to keep up with their regular bills and daily expenses.

They are actively exploring other ways to get assistance, but as anyone who's been through something like this knows, it takes time and right now they need help. Your support will go directly toward covering essential costs like housing, utilities, groceries, and other basic needs, giving them a little peace of mind during an already overwhelming time.
