Help a family in Ghana with urgent medical bills

Hi friends! I am reaching out on behalf of a dear friend of mine who lives in Accra, Ghana. He recently lost his job that was paying him $100 USD per month. This income was used to provide for his mom, dad, and brother, who are now struggling to pay household and medical bills. His dad has kidney failure and needs to undergo surgery as soon as possible, and these funds would greatly help him with these costs as he tries to find employment.
