As someone who sees their struggle, I’ve witnessed firsthand how hard they struggle to make ends meet, but right now, their home heater is cracked, leaking gas, and beyond repair. To keep warm, they’ve been relying on space heaters and their oven, but this has already led to a small fire when one of the space heaters malfunctioned. Their safety and well-being, especially as the temperatures drop, is a great concern.
