Help a family heal and honor Jonathan's legacy

We all know Joan as the heart of SNHMC. It is with great sadness that we share her son Jonathan passed away unexpectedly on Sunday September 29th. He leaves behind his wife April, and two beautiful boys Jenson (7 months old) and Raleigh (6 years old). If you know Joan, you know how proud of her boys she is and have seen her light up talking about them and her grandchildren. Jonathan will be missed greatly and his loss has left a tremendous void in their hearts that will never be filled.
