My friend and their family recently experienced a heartbreaking loss when their beloved dog, Auggie, bravely protected them and their other dog from a pack of dogs that approached their home. Auggie's courage saved his family and their other pet, but tragically, he lost his life in the process. The loss of Auggie has left my friend and their family devastated, as he was not only a loyal companion but also a true hero who gave everything to keep them safe.

The very next day, a puppy was born that reminded them so much of Auggie—a small sign of hope during a difficult time. I want to help my friend and their family welcome this new puppy into their lives, to bring comfort and healing as they grieve the loss of their beloved dog. The funds raised will go toward the fees for the new puppy and helping get the puppy to their home, so they can begin to heal and find joy again.
