Help a Family Facing Alzheimer's and Cancer

I have never done this before. We need your help. In the last six months, my husband has been diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's, his prostate cancer returned, and he was forced to retire, leaving me without health insurance. I became his Power of Attorney overnight, taking over the finances and all decision-making. We had to sell our home because we could no longer maintain it and it's too big for us. We are moving into a home with an ADU so that my daughter can help me care for him. We thought we would have money left from the sale of our home. We do not due to a lien that was discharged in a bankruptcy many years ago, but they held on to the lien to recoup their loss. We did not find out about this until just prior to closing. While we will not owe, we will have nothing left after fighting to lower the amount needed to pay this off. This fundraiser is to help me purchase health insurance, buy furniture for our home, pay for a car (ours is barely hanging on), cover attorney fees, and help us pay for moving expenses and more. Please pray. Please share. The last 6 months have been a roller coaster ride from hell. I don't know what the future holds, but I do know who holds it. I wouldn't ask for help if we did not find ourselves in need. Thanks for giving. I love this man. I will do anything for him. I need your help as I continue to navigate on his behalf for his very best. I have fought the VA to get him max disability and benefits. I have an attorney helping me navigate Social Security disability. I have done everything I know how to do. Pray for wisdom. Thanks for always praying and always loving us.
