My name is Fatima, and I’ve spent years standing beside families fighting for their children’s right to learn. I’m raising funds for a courageous family whose child is being denied the education and support they are legally entitled to. This bright, determined student has a specific learning disability, anxiety, and ADHD. They work hard and want to do well in school, but have had to struggle for basic supports—accommodations, services, and mental health resources—just to access the classroom like their peers.

One parent, a dedicated federal employee, lost their position unexpectedly just six months into a new job, while the other parent’s small business has been severely impacted by economic uncertainty. They are facing mounting legal costs they cannot afford alone.
