Just a few weeks ago, our family’s life was turned upside down. My brother-in-law, only 37 years old, was suddenly diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. Despite every effort, we tragically lost him only four weeks later. His passing has left my 33-year-old sister without her husband, and their 6-year-old daughter without her loving father.
