Help a dying man get through his final months

I'm nearing the end of my life after battling stage IV cancer for three years.

Over the last several weeks, my ability to get around has deteriorated greatly, affecting my ability to work.

While I'm not able to work, I will no longer have the ability to cover my car payment, car insurance, and cell phone bill.

I am single, so my income is all I had.
