Hi, I'm Bruna. I'm raising funds to support a friend and her young child who are fleeing a violent and financially controlling situation. She has had no access to income for several months and is now facing eviction by August 31.

She is a UofT student, single mom, and neurodivergent person. She urgently needs support to avoid eviction, secure safe housing, and provide basic essentials for her and her child.

Because this is a very sensitive and high-risk situation, I’m not sharing any personal or identifying details. I can assure you that every dollar raised will go directly to her. The fundraising value is to help support them for just a couple of months while she works on finding long-term support options (e.g. child support, RGI, OW)
