Help a Disabled Vet fight for custody

My father Ruben Gutierrez Sr, a disabled Army Veteran was recently and unexpectadly abandoned by his wife, who took their 3 year old daughter as well.  She cleaned out their bank accounts and has attempted to defamate and slander his character, so he cannot be in his daughters life. He has not been able to speak to or see his daughter since December 7th.  If you know my dad, you know how loving and caring he is and how much he does for others.  We have covered the retainer fee for his lawyer to fight the restraining order, but we anticipate the cost to cover the possible divorce and custody battle will cost about $7,000.  His disability does not allow him to work, but he is constantly volunteering  his time and attempts to make money by officiating weddings.  Anything you can give would be deeply deeply appreciated.
