I am a disabled widow who relied on my husband, who died suddenly in September. Because I live in Missouri, and he did not leave a will or trust, all of our assets are tied up in probate which means I have almost no income until probate has been completed.

I need this money to hire an attorney to help me to start the probate process, which I have been told will cost at least $3500. Any additional money will go to help support me during probate.
