Help a disabled trans person get top surgery!

Donation protected
Hello! I am a low income, disabled, non binary trans guy living in the UK. Firstly I have been on the waiting list for the GIC for over 4 years, but I am also very aware that I will not be able to get top surgery on the NHS due to my BMI, and there is nothing I can do in my power to lower my BMI to a point that will be considered acceptable, especially due to medications and my disabilities meaning I’m unable to exercise.
So going private is my only option. I am currently unable to work and I survive off student finance and PIP, but this is not enough for me to be able to save money for my surgery.
I have now been on testosterone for 3 years and am becoming desperate for the next step in my transition, and I know that it will take a long time to fundraise so I’m finally getting on with it after putting it off due to feelings of guilt around asking for help.
The amount I’m asking for includes the cost of surgery itself (though I imagine the price will go up in the coming years so I’ll have to see), the consultation, and the cost of an appointment with gendercare or another service to get a referral letter. Obviously I will try and save some myself where I can, but I absolutely need help.
Thank you!

Edit: I forgot to also mention how beneficial top surgery could be for my physical health too. I have a large chest, so of course this worsens the back pain I have, both when binding and not binding. Binding also worsens my neck and shoulder pain. I am also asthmatic and binding isn’t always the best for my breathing. And the heat of wearing a binder is difficult with my dysautonomia. I have been binding for 5 years and I’m ready for it all to be over now. Thanks again!

Edit (10/05/23): Hello! Thank you so much to those who have donated so far. I'm so unbelievably grateful. I decided to edit my goal because I found a surgeon in Spain who has lower costs and no BMI limit. Including accommodation, this will cost around £6000, and the extra £1000 is so I can get a secondhand powerchair to make my recovery go more smoothly. I won't be able to use my manual chair without help but I also won't be able to use my walking stick around the house. Having a powerchair would mean I can actually get around without risking harm to my wounds, and will help me maintain some independence for the few months I won't be able to use my manual wheelchair. It's the only way for me to have surgery really, especially when most of my friends are disabled themselves. I should be having surgery in around 6 months! Thanks for the continued support and love❤️

Edit (10/11/23): Hello lovely people! I was booked in with Dr Lago in Spain for the 16th of this month, but sadly had to cancel, because I realised that travelling abroad for surgery just wasn't feasible disability wise right now. It also would have meant I could not have so many of my loved ones with me during my recovery, and I absolutely need them around. These aren't the only reasons, but I'm too exhausted to go into every little detail as to why I had to cancel. It's been utterly devastating and had ruined my mental health in ways I've not seen happen for years. This is because in order to get surgery in the UK, I have to raise thousands more, unless by some miracle Mr Ntanos reopens his waiting lists soon. So if you are able to support me that would mean the world. Ideally I would like to raise enough (so between 1500-2500 depending on surgeon) in the next 6 months but that's probably unrealistic. I'm just incredibly desperate and afraid. I need to have this surgery NOW and if it can't be now then it needs to be soon. Thank you for your continued kindness and understanding.
