Help a disabled dad get around!

my name is Cassidy mceown, I am a proud daughter of an amazing dad! I am trying to fundraise to get my dad a scooter for my parents 24th anniversary! He has been struggling to get around in the wheel chair and living out were we do he can not get around the yard. It would change his life and my moms if he could start being able to get around by himself! My dad lost his leg at 19 years old after being hit by a car. He has never let his disability pull him down, he has always been active and happy. Just over a year ago he got Covid and went into full respiratory failure and spent 2 months in the hospital fighting to get better! During his respiratory recovery he was unable to get out of bed and his leg went into Atrophy and he is no long able to walk, he is also on full time oxygen which also makes it harder to move around. My mom left her job so she could take care of him and I have moved home to help my family. I have been trying to save money but it has been tough, I found a used scooter that is all-terrain for 5g and I’m hoping to be able to get it for him!
