Help a Disabled Couple Overcome Medical Debt

My wife and I are a disabled queer couple in Missouri, struggling with unemployment. Recently I spent almost a month in the hospital with an infection and atrial fibrillation (irregular heartbeat), and a host of other health issues. At the time I was uninsured. I now have Medicaid, but its future is looking grim. I'm seeking help to pay off some of the hospital debt, and our other life expenses such as our mortgage that went unpaid while I was in the hospital.
