Help a dialysis patient with unexpected expenses
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Francisco Rodriguez, I’m 49 years old and father of two beautiful kids. I suffer from end stage renal disease (kidney failure) and currently I’m doing daily treatments of Peritoneal dialysis at home, in which the medical equipment needs to work everyday for my treatment. About 8 years ago I was diagnosed with kidney disease which was a tremendous blow for me but that didn’t stop me and I kept pushing and fighting for me and my family, then when the Covid pandemic hit, I, along with a few coworkers, were laid off (as many were around the country). All in all, I tried to stay positive and kept fighting and not giving up. I've been dealing with my current situation not just by myself but with the help of a couple of childhood friends that I consider my family who have been there for support. This is a difficult time for me but I’m in need of some help. I have unexpected expenses that, unfortunately, have put me in a bind and I need help to cover for medical expenses, utilities, transportation for appointments, etc. If you could find it in your hearts to donate at least a dollar, that will help me tremendously. Even if you can’t donate financially, some positive words of encouragement will help too. I thank everyone in advance and may God bless you.
