I am reaching out with a plea from the depths of a mother’s heart. My dear friend, a loving and devoted mother, is in the fight of her life for her children including her severely handicapped precious eight-year-old. This little warrior has already endured more than most of us could imagine—twelve heart surgeries before celebrating a seventh birthday. Despite the unimaginable struggles, the fight continues, and his mother has been by his side every step of the way.

Now, on top of caring for her child who suffers from CHD Awareness (congenital heart disease) she is being forced to battle in court against her former abuser. With court finale in just a few weeks, this brave mother needs to pay legal fees so she can continue to fight for her child's future. Without representation, she risks losing everything—not just financial security, but the ability to provide the medical care, stability, and love that her child deserves.

She has exhausted every resource, but her ex has dragged this case on for three years, trying to break her financially. The legal system is complex and favors those who can afford to manipulate it. We cannot let her and her child be left defenseless.
