My best friend, who is like a sister to me, is going through one of the hardest times of her life. Her mother has recently been placed on hospice, and she is her full-time caregiver. In the middle of all of this, she broke her hand and has been unable to work. She is doing everything she can to stay strong, but the bills are piling up and the stress is overwhelming.
